Lonnie was raised in western South Dakota on a ranch south of Kadoka, where she was taught to have a strong work ethic, great morals, and loyalty. She and her husband made the decision to raise their family here in the Black hills where they enjoy the community, parks, shopping, and all the outdoor activities the area has to offer. Her passion is her faith, family and serving others.

Holly Hultgren initially joined The Kahler Team as a Closing Coordinator in August 2017. Prior to joining she was a full-time Realtor. Holly decided after 2 years working with our team in closings that her passions still resided in Sales, and in September of 2019 she moved into a Sales position with the team. We are excited to continue to watch her grow and prosper! With her previous experience and knowledge in Real Estate, Holly brings a wealth of experience to the Kahler Team. She pays great attention to detail and has a heart for serving her customers and clients with excellence.
Holly graduated from Wayne State College in Nebraska with a BA in Business Management. She has gone on to receive designations in Real Estate as a Certified Negotiation Expert (CNE) and Certified Residential Specialist (CRS), one of the highest designations in the industry. She has also completed BOLD training with Keller Williams.
Holly and her husband Scott have lived in Rapid City since 2002 and have raised three children. She has been involved in several Habitat for Humanity home build projects, and served on the site selection committee for the local HFH board. In her free time, she enjoys hiking, kayaking, and biking and has completed the 109-mile Mickelson Trail Trek each year since 2010.

Lyndsey was born and raised in Rapid City and is happily married to her husband Brandon and together, they have two amazing daughters and two dogs. She has been with The Kahler Team for over 5 years, and has been the Listing Coordinator for the last 3 years. As a 5 on the Enneagram scale, she loves using her keen observations and attention to detail to help clients present their homes for sale in the best possible way. Shelly Pelletier is one of our two licensed closing coordinators on The Kahler Team. Her role is to assist in making the transition from your accepted offer to final day of closing as seamless and efficient as possible. She obtained her Real Estate License in 2019 and has years of prior experience in the realm of Real Estate. We have been blessed to have her on our team since 2018. Shelly is determined, hardworking, relate-able and will do her best to make your move as easy for you and your family as possible! Shelly Pelletier was born in Spearfish, South Dakota and raised in Camp Crook. She and her family relocated to the Spearfish and Black Hills area in 1998 from Montana. In her spare time Shelly enjoys the spring and summer months the most, doing things like camping, riding motorcycles, and spending time outdoors.
