David Kahler is the Owner Broker of Keller Williams Realty Black Hills (KWBH) & Wyoming, co-owner of Kahler Property Management, and the team leader of The Kahler Team. David became a REALTOR® in 1976 when he joined the family business. Since then he has become a known expert in his field.

David is a native of Rapid City, and knows the area personally and professionally. He is a member of many professional and civic organizations, which help him give back to the community where he lives and works. He has helped thousands of families buy or sell real estate in our area. Many of his clients have become close friends. As Operating Principle of Keller Williams Realty Black Hills, David helps provide our office an edge over other brokerages. He has over 48 years of experience, and actively deals in real estate every day. The training and advice he provides to our agents is an invaluable tool.
