My family has worked with Jeremy and the entire Kahler team since 2014, for both house and land transactions. We have always gotten great service from everyone. The buying/selling process has always gone smoothly, and the properties we have sold were on the market for a short time. The team is always ready and willing to answer any questions, explain the process, and is a great resource to find other quality professional contacts in the Rapid City area. No reason to look anywhere else for our real estate needs.

As a first time home owner, I had many questions and difficulties along the home purchase process. Luckily, I had Jess Skinner who really spearheaded the search process for me. The house I was looking suppose to fit my needs and busy lifestyle and she customized the search for me. When I was visiting my family overseas she found a perfect match (which was during the Christmas break, I was really touched that she was working hard to thinking about me during that time). We did a FaceTime virtual home tour with her. I trust her a lot and she gained that trust along the four month house search. Now moved in my new place and enjoying my cup of tea in the morning I am thankful to her and Kahler Team for their excellent process. I also have to note that their financial partners are also extremely knowledgable and through. I had many questions during the mortgage process as I was new, she answered tirelessly and still helping me after the purchase. I have this comfortable feeling with Kahler team that I make the right decision going with them.. Thank you!

Simply put, Pete and Julie were great to work with. They were very responsive and helpful - they had the patience to ensure I was informed and had answers to all of my questions which allowed me to make several tough decisions. I was able to sell my home and move on to the next phase of my life.
